Terms & Conditions
GreenStride Terms and Conditions
Welcome to GreenStride. By subscribing to our service plans, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription.
Subscription & Location-Based Scheduling
To maximize operational efficiency, lower emissions, and keep client rates highly competitive, GreenStride utilizes zone-based routing.
Â
-
Your initial service day is assigned automatically based on your specific location.
-
GreenStride reserves the right to service your property at any time during your assigned service day. Specific arrival times cannot be requested or guaranteed.
-
Schedule Flexibility & Route Optimization:Â To accommodate business expansion, new route density, holidays, or severe weather, GreenStride reserves the right to permanently or temporarily adjust your assigned service day to any other day of the week. Clients will be notified via text alert or their website customer account portal prior to any permanent changes to their scheduled service day.
Property Access, Safety, & Missed Service Protocols
-
Gate Accessibility:Â It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that all gates or entry points to the service area are unlocked, functional, and fully accessible on their scheduled service day. If our team cannot safely access the yard due to a locked, jammed, or blocked gate, the service will be skipped for that week. To maintain our tight routing schedules and fair pricing for all subscribers, no refunds, partial refunds, or billing credits will be issued for skipped services due to access issues.
-
Pet Safety & Yard Hazards:Â For the safety of our team, potentially aggressive pets must be kept secure inside the home or entirely away from the service area during the assigned service day. Additionally, yards must be free of significant safety hazards. If an unsecured animal, aggressive pet, or hazardous property condition prevents safe entry, the service will be skipped, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Limitation of Liability & Property Indemnification
-
Gate & Fence Wear-and-Tear: GreenStride and its service providers operate with the utmost respect for your property. However, because our service requires regular entry and exit, GreenStride Sanitation LLC is not liable for the standard wear-and-tear, degradation, or sudden mechanical failure of gate latches, hinges, or fence panels. It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain secure enclosures.
-
Incidental Damages: GreenStride Sanitation LLC and its employees are not liable for incidental property damage resulting from standard backyard service operations, nor are we liable for any pre-existing structural, lawn, or property issues not explicitly disclosed in writing prior to the initiation of service.
Plan-Specific Treatments, Allergens, and Chemical Liability
-
Application Awareness:Â Certain premium GreenStride service plans include the application of professional-grade, scientifically backed botanical sprays and sanitizers to eliminate odors and bacteria. If your specific subscription plan includes these treatments, you acknowledge that property applications will occur as a standard part of your service.
-
Allergen Disclosure Responsibilities: While our formulas are selected for their safety and environmental standards, they contain natural botanical extracts and plant-based ingredients. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform GreenStride if any residents or pets have known botanical sensitivities, plant allergies, or respiratory conditions prior to service.
-
Indemnification Waiver:Â GreenStride Sanitation LLC and its employees shall be held completely harmless and indemnified against any claims, losses, medical liabilities, or veterinary expenses resulting from allergic reactions or sensitivities experienced by humans or animals following a standard property application.
Seasonal Operations & Winter Weather Protocols
-
Year-Round Commitment:Â GreenStride operates as a year-round subscription service. Our team continues to service properties through rain, cold, and light snowfall to ensure waste does not accumulate or create severe sanitation issues come spring.
-
Snow Accumulation Policy:Â In the event of heavy snowfall or fresh accumulation that completely covers the ground, safely locating and removing waste may become physically impossible. On these weeks, our team will still visit your property to service any visible areas, clear accessible paths, and perform any plan-specific disinfectant or sanitizing treatments that conditions allow.
-
Billing and Spring Cleanup Consolidation:Â Because our team continues to commit route resources, fuel, and labor to your property throughout the winter, monthly subscription billing remains constant and will not be pro-rated or refunded due to snow cover. Any waste missed due to snow burial will be thoroughly cleared and resolved as soon as melting occurs, ensuring your yard is completely restored at no additional cost.
Waste Disposal and On-Site Containment Policies
-
On-Site Disposal Only (No Exceptions):Â GreenStride operates strictly as an on-site property cleanup service. All accumulated pet waste collected during a service visit will be bagged and left exclusively on the client's property. Under no circumstances will GreenStride technicians haul, transport, or permanently remove pet waste from the premises.
-
Standard Placement: Collected waste will be deposited directly into the client’s designated outdoor trash can or dumpster on the scheduled service day.
-
Inaccessible or Full Dumpsters:Â If your outdoor dumpster or trash can is locked, stored behind an inaccessible gate, missing from the property, or completely filled to capacity on your service day, our technicians will execute the following fallback procedure:
-
The technician will place the securely tied waste bags directly next to, on top of, or immediately adjacent to the dumpster structure.
-
If no dumpster structure is present or accessible, the bags will be left neatly in a designated, safe utility area on the property.
-
The client will receive an automated notification via the website customer portal detailing the placement.
-
Client Responsibility:Â It remains the sole responsibility of the client to ensure trash receptacles are accessible or to properly manage the bagged waste once left on-site. Service issues, receptacle access updates, or gate code changes resulting from these events must be managed exclusively through the website customer portal, and will not be handled via email.
Product Applications and Chemical/Botanical Sensitivities
-
GreenStride utilizes highly diluted, commercial-grade, animal-safe products for sanitation and soil conditioning . A complete, transparent list of active ingredients, product names, and safety protocols is maintained publicly via our Eco-Safety Guide.
-
By agreeing to these Terms, the client acknowledges it is their sole responsibility to review the Eco-Safety Guide and notify GreenStride exclusively via the website customer portal regarding any household members or pets with specific botanical, plant oil, or chemical allergies prior to any scheduled service. GreenStride holds no liability for adverse allergic reactions to properly applied, label-compliant solutions.
